1. Right of Revocation

If you are a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and conclude a distance contract via this website, you generally have a statutory right of revocation, unless a statutory exclusion applies.

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. If physical goods are delivered, the revocation period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement, e.g., by email or letter, of your decision to revoke this contract.

You can use the sample revocation form provided below for this purpose. However, the use of the form is not mandatory.

To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

2. Consequences of Revocation

If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including any delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation.

For the repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. No fees will be charged for the repayment.

In the case of physical goods, we may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

3. Return of Physical Goods

If physical goods have been delivered, you must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the revocation.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Exclusion or Expiration of the Right of Revocation

The right of revocation may be excluded or expire prematurely in legally provided cases, in particular for certain individually manufactured goods, sealed goods for hygiene reasons after removal of the seal, or for digital content, if the legal requirements for expiration are met.

In the case of donations, support contributions, or symbolic project products, a revocation within the statutory revocation period will be treated favorably and in a consumer-friendly manner, provided that no compelling legal reasons prevent it.
